As a Health and Wellness Coach, trained by Duke Integrative Medicine, I bring a science-backed, yet deeply personal approach to wellness helping people create lasting changes that align with their unique biology, lifestyle and goals.
Integrative Wellness is not just for the individual, but extends to spaces and groups. I work with organizations to build wellness initiatives, creating therapeutic spaces, programs and driving systemic change.
I’m a believer that the body is an elegant machine, and when given the proper care and feeding, It can support our journey beautifully.
